We've got all the travel organized for a smooth trip to and from the fair
Arrival
Flight information has been provided to your delegate(s). Please contact them if you have any questions.
When you arrive at the airport you will be greeted by members of Team UV in the baggage area. There you will be taken to coach buses to head to campus. If you’re arriving by bus, or driving, please head directly to the University of New Brunswick campus.
When you arrive on campus, you will be greeted by more members of our organizing team, Team UV. Here there will be a registration desk where your delegate(s) will be given further details about your designated rooms at the University of New Brunswick.
In the evening there will be a lounge space set up with activities for finalists and delegates to participate in. This is a great opportunity to meet other finalists! Check the schedule for the latest details.
During the Week
Youth Science Canada has organized all necessary transport during your week in Fredericton. This includes travel between the university and any scheduled activities or outings.
It is important that your delegate(s) always know where you are during the fair. There will be parts of the CWSF program where you will be with your ambassador, so you’ll need to keep them in the loop too!
Departure
Prior to departure, ensure you have all necessary personal items, travel documents, and any materials or equipment for your project. A list of all departure times will be shared here on Thursday. Airport departure buses will be in the same place at the university as you were dropped off on arrival day.
You are free to enjoy the city with your regional delegation while you wait but please make sure you are on time for your bus departure.
